Requirement

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the area of business development

  • Must be interested in web technologies 

  • Must have good interpersonal skills

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Autonomous

    • Master the processes of a company (sales, purchases, stock management, accounting, human resources,…)

    Responsibilities

    To manage and promote new sales activities: 

    • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business

    • Manage lead generation activities based on segmentation focus

    • Approach potential clients through various channels with solutions and a consultative selling approach

    • Promote the Trobz & Treedoo brand via social media 

    To enhance partnership with clients

    • Conduct business development meetings and key account management meetings

    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs

    • Be the voice of our clients and address their concerns internally

    • Conduct upselling activities

    • Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs

    • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up

    • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

    To perform other supporting tasks:

    • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts

    • Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation

    • Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings
