Responsibilities
To manage and promote new sales activities:
Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Manage lead generation activities based on segmentation focus
Approach potential clients through various channels with solutions and a consultative selling approach
Promote the Trobz & Treedoo brand via social media
To enhance partnership with clients:
Conduct business development meetings and key account management meetings
Communicate with clients to understand their needs
Be the voice of our clients and address their concerns internally
Conduct upselling activities
Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
To perform other supporting tasks:
Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings
