Since 2009, Trobz has been implementing Odoo for businesses in Southeast Asia, EU and the US that need more than a standard rollout - complex manufacturing flows, multi-entity distribution, legacy system replacements, and high-compliance environments. We're a ~40-person team. Projects here are harder than average, and the work is more interesting because of it.
What You'll Do
Lead discovery workshops to challenge existing client processes and define functional requirements - not just document what clients ask for
Design scalable Odoo solutions with a standard-first approach; minimize custom development where Odoo's native functionality is sufficient
Translate business logic into precise functional specifications that developers can build from without guessing
Own the functional validation and UAT cycle - ensure the system solves the actual business problem, not just passes test cases
Deliver end-user training and manage the go-live and hypercare phases
Support pre-sales when needed: solution walkthroughs, scoping, and effort estimation

What We're Looking For
2–5 years as an Odoo functional consultant or ERP business analyst
Hands-on Odoo configuration experience across at least two functional areas (inventory, manufacturing, accounting, purchase, sales, HR)
Strong process knowledge in at least one vertical: discrete manufacturing (MRP), wholesale distribution, or professional services
Ability to run workshops and manage client relationships independently
Professional English and Vietnamese, written and spoken
