The system interface is easy to use, but some end users who are less familiar with it may find it less visually appealing. As the business mainly focuses on enrollment numbers, the current system works smoothly in tracking and updating leads, providing strong support for the admissions process as well as managing data and generating quotes for parents. However, in the near future, it will need to integrate with social media and the website while optimizing the recording of staff's customer care activities directly within the system.

At Circular Plastics Company, our core mission is plastic recycling—a sector that is both operationally complex and tightly regulated. We spoke with several ERP integrators before making our choice. Most of them proposed fixed-scope packages with vague details and all-inclusive prices. By contrast, Trobz offered a more tailored and transparent approach : starting with a gap analysis , based on on-site visits to both our Myanmar and Vietnamese operations. This approach gave us a clear roadmap of what was required—highlighting the key differences and similarities between the two sites. From there, Trobz presented us with a customization list in a “menu” format , which allowed us to prioritize based on operational urgency and budget constraints. This level of clarity, flexibility, and collaboration was a key factor in choosing them as our partner.

The entire project took approximately one year to complete, and throughout this time, we experienced consistent professionalism and strong engagement from the Trobz team. Whether we were working on module configuration, functional adjustments, end-user training, or support, the level of responsiveness and attentivenes exceeded our expectations. We particularly appreciated their ability to leverage existing Odoo modules to meet our needs, rather than defaulting to costly custom development. As intended, each module went live at the exact time it was needed, in line with the physical progress of the facility. This modular rollout strategy allowed our internal teams to stay focused on other critical tasks during the setup phase, without being overwhelmed by the ERP implementation. Today, all core modules—including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, finance, HR, and sales—are live and actively used by our teams in Vietnam. The system is stable, reliable, and perfectly aligned with our operational workflows.

We chose Odoo for its modularity, openness, and functional depth. But implementing an open source ERP also requires a partner who understands the spirit of openness, flexibility, and transparency —qualities rarely found in large-scale proprietary ERP vendors.
