Introduction:Founded in 1997, by 2007, Hung Tri Trading and Technical Services Co., Ltd. was transformed into Hung Tri Industrial Refrigeration Joint Stock Company. The company has become a leading provider of high-quality equipment and technical services in the industrial refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
With a team of over 500 skilled and experienced employees who are highly responsible, along with an ISO 9001-certified quality management system, the company continuously strives to meet the increasing demands of customers. Hung Tri has established a nationwide customer service network across Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Da Nang, Hanoi, and nearby regions, ensuring excellent technical support, product supply, and after-sales services. As part of its expansion, Hung Tri now owns over 3,150 m² of office space and showrooms, along with more than 30,000 m² of manufacturing facilities and a comprehensive nationwide service center network. Challenges
Before partnering with Trobz, Hưng Trí relied on a human resource management system that had been in place for over a decade. However, in the post-COVID-19 era, as remote work became the norm, the limitations of the old system became increasingly evident.
