    Challenges

    SMARTNET – Large Scale, Management Challenges: SMARTNET operates 717 business locations across 51 provinces and cities, with 5,822 employees, including 5,638 sales representatives working directly in the market. This vast scale presents complex management challenges, particularly in tracking sales performance, overseeing operations, and synchronizing data across the entire system.

    However, SMARTNET does not yet have a comprehensive management software, making it difficult to control customer data, manage personnel, and optimize operations. As a result, the company seeks to develop a scalable CRM system that can support a large number of users.
