Allow users to reposition the chatter in Odoo form views to suit their preferences.
Features
- web client: Provides a toggle in the form view header to switch the chatter between right-side and bottom positions without reloading the page.
- res.users: Stores each user's chatter position preference so new form views automatically open with the desired layout.
