Purpose

This module allows setting the project manager as the reviewer for timesheet sheets.

res.company: Adds 'By Project Manager' option to timesheet sheet review policy configuration.
hr.timesheet.sheet: Adds a project field to timesheet sheets for policy selection.
hr.timesheet.sheet: Filters timesheet entries in sheets by the selected project.
hr.timesheet.sheet: Sets project managers as possible reviewers for sheets under project manager policy.
