stock_release_channel_cutoff

Purpose

This module adds cutoff time functionality to stock release channels in Odoo, allowing users to set a cutoff time and receive visual warnings when the time is exceeded.

stock.release.channel: Allows users to set a specific cutoff time for release channels.
stock.release.channel: Displays the cutoff time in the kanban view with color-coded warnings when the current time exceeds the cutoff.
