filter_multi_user

Purpose

Allows sharing user-defined filters among several users.

Features

ir.filters: Adds fields to specify users and groups that can access the filter.
ir.filters: Computes the list of users who can access the filter based on manual selections and group memberships.
ir.filters: Modifies the filter retrieval method to include shared filters for the current user.
ir.filters: Restricts filter deletion to the owner only.
