This module allows salespersons to specify return reasons when creating RMA orders from sales orders.
Features
- sale.order.rma.wizard: Adds a reason selection field and filters available operations based on the selected reason.
- sale.order.line.rma.wizard: Inherits the reason from the wizard and assigns it to the created RMA.
- portal: Enables customers to select a return reason in the portal RMA request form with optional validation.
- company: Provides a setting to make the return reason mandatory for RMA creation.
