This module enables the specification of predefined reasons for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) orders to enhance inventory management, quality control, and customer service.
Features
- rma.reason: Provides a model to define and manage RMA reasons including name, description, company association, and allowed operations.
- rma: Adds a reason field to RMA orders and dynamically filters available operations based on the selected reason.
- res.config.settings: Allows configuration to make RMA reason mandatory or optional per company.
- stock.return.picking: Includes RMA reason selection in the stock return picking wizard with operation filtering.
- portal: Displays the selected RMA reason on the customer portal RMA page.
