purchase_representative

Purpose

This module assigns purchase representatives as the point of contact for RFQs and POs, defaulting to the user performing the procurement.

Features

stock.rule: Propagates the user who triggered the procurement to the purchase order creation process.
purchase.order: Automatically sets the purchase representative to the user who initiated the procurement.
purchase.order: Uses the purchase representative as the contact person for emails when sending RFQs and POs to vendors.
