Purpose

Restore automatic assignment of the current company to new partners to ease multi-company data segregation.

res.partner: Defaults a new partner’s company to the current company while skipping when creating a company record or when non-module tests run
res.company: Sets a context flag during company creation so linked partner records are created without the forced default company
