Purpose

Manage contact addresses through a dedicated ZIP location model that auto-completes and validates city, state, and country data.

Features

res.city.zip: Introduces dedicated ZIP location records linked to cities with computed display names, broader search on zip or city names, and uniqueness per city
res.city: Allows multiple ZIP codes per city, provides an optional external code, and enforces unique city names per state and country while listing related zips
res.partner: Adds a ZIP location selector that auto-completes zip, city, state, and country fields, filters choices by the current address context, and validates they stay consistent
res.partner: Propagates updated location data to child contacts when parent addresses change to keep contact hierarchies aligned
res.company: Adds zip and city completion fields that synchronize with the linked partner address and auto-fill full location details on change
contacts localization: Provides city and zip management menus and a country smart button to navigate to related location records from the Contacts configuration
