Provide company codes to help users distinguish companies and show the coded names consistently across the UI and switch menu.
Features
- res.company: Adds an optional unique code field, orders companies by code then name, and allows lookup by code or name.
- res.company display: Company display names prefix the code to the name for clearer identification.
- res.company views: Company form, list, and kanban views surface the code while hiding the obsolete sequence column.
- switch_company_menu: Switch company menu shows code-prefixed company names and recomputes their ordering for multi-company users.
- res.company search: The company search filter accepts code along with name, VAT, and registry values.
