Purpose

Enable multi-company management of mail templates by assigning and controlling template company ownership.

Features

mail.template: Adds an optional company field on email templates to flag company-specific content when needed.
mail.template: Enforces a record rule that shows only templates for the user's companies while keeping company-agnostic templates visible to all.
mail.template: Exposes the company field in template form, list, and search views for multi-company users.
installation: Clears company assignments on existing templates at install so they remain shared unless explicitly scoped.
