Add section and note entries to Bills of Materials so components can be organized with descriptive lines.
Features
- mrp.bom: Adds a one2many with the section/note widget so BoM lines can include products, sections, and notes together.
- mrp.bom: Replaces the standard components tab with a "Components And Sections" page that provides quick add controls for products, sections, and notes.
- mrp.bom.line: Introduces section and note display types while relaxing product and UoM requirements for those lines and enforcing constraints to keep data consistent.
