Let users create and update Bills of Materials by selecting product variants first while keeping the linked product template in sync.
Features
- mrp.bom: Lets users choose product variants on BoMs with a domain limited to storable or consumable items that are company-specific or shared.
- mrp.bom: When a product variant is selected, the related product template updates automatically to stay aligned.
- mrp.bom views: The BoM form prioritizes variant entry and places the product template field after it while hiding the original template field placement.
- mrp.bom tree/search: List and search views show both template and variant columns, add a product-variant filter and group-by option, and hide duplicate template fields to focus on variant data.
