Purpose

Define measurable management system objectives and track their attainment through indicators and posted values.

Features

mgmtsystem.objective: Manage objectives tied to a management system with owner assignment, timeline dates, and progress states.
mgmtsystem.objective: Use chatter and activities to collaborate on objectives and follow up actions.
mgmtsystem.indicator: Define indicators per objective with measurement frequency, activation status, units of measure, and optional min/max target thresholds.
mgmtsystem.indicator: Auto-compute the current indicator value and target status from the most recent posted measurement.
