mail_optional_autofollow

Purpose

Allow users to decide whether new recipients are automatically added as followers when composing mail messages.

Features

mail.compose.message: Adds an autofollow recipients checkbox (hidden in mass mailing) to let users control whether recipients become followers, with default pulled from the mail_post_autofollow context key.
mail: Honors the checkbox choice during send so additional recipients are only turned into followers when explicitly enabled.
