Purpose

Provides Brazilian HR localization by adapting employee records, jobs, and reference data to national identification and classification requirements.

Features

hr.employee: Extends employee records with Brazilian identification fields (CPF, PIS/PASEP, CTPS, RG, voter, military, driver license, civil certificate), health and ethnicity details, and validates CPF and PIS/PASEP values.
hr.employee: Sets Brazil as the default country, adds marital status options, and classifies workers by relationship type (funcionario, autonomo, terceirizado, cedido) with dedicated list views and menus.
hr.job: Links job positions to Brazilian CBO codes and shows them on job forms.
l10n_br_hr.cbo: Provides the Brazilian Classification of Occupations model with list, form, and search views for code and name.
hr.deficiency: Introduces deficiency reference data for employee selection.
hr.ethnicity: Adds ethnicity reference records with read-only forms and menus.
hr.identity.type: Defines identity type records available for employees.
hr.civil.certificate.type: Adds civil certificate type reference data for employee documents.
res.company: Stores the CNPJ/CEI code for contracting companies or worksites.
res.partner: Adds a union entity code field for partners.
hr: Creates HR configuration menus for employee register data and collaborator lists segmented by relationship type, plus a reports root menu.
