Allow HR to mark employees as external and link them to the partner that administers them while they work in the company.
Features
- hr.employee: Adds an is_external flag for HR users to identify employees administered by an external partner.
- hr.employee: Adds an External Partner relation to res.partner to store the administering partner for external employees.
- hr.employee view: Extends the employee form to show the external flag and partner fields after the department section.
- hr.employee view: Makes the External Partner field visible and required only when the employee is marked as external.
