hr_employee_language

Purpose

This module lets HR teams manage the languages known by employees along with their proficiency levels.

Features

hr.employee: adds a Languages tab on the employee form so HR users can record each person’s languages and skill levels in one place.
hr.employee.language: introduces a dedicated model for linking employees to languages with description plus read, write, speak, and listen proficiency flags.
hr: provides list, form, and search views with filters and groupings so HR staff can browse and analyze languages across the workforce.
security: grants read access on employee language records to all internal users and full management rights to HR officers.
