Adds an automatically computed employee age field to Odoo HR based on each employee's birthday.
Features
- hr.employee: Adds a computed integer age that derives its value from each employee's birthday via the standard age helper.
- hr.employee: Restricts the age field to the HR Users security group so only authorized staff can view birthday-derived age data without access errors.
- hr.employee form: Displays the age field immediately after the birthday on the employee form so HR users see the auto-populated age in context.
