Purpose

Enable management of city-specific public holidays so leave calculations and calendar entries respect local municipalities.

Features

calendar.public.holiday.line: Allows defining public holiday lines restricted to specific cities via a many2many city field shown on the public holiday form.
calendar.public.holiday.line: Adjusts duplicate date and state validation so city-specific holidays are distinguished from generic ones.
calendar.public.holiday.line: Adds city names to generated calendar meeting descriptions to clarify the locality of each holiday.
hr.leave: Considers the employee or company city when retrieving public holidays for unusual day calculations, defaulting to city-agnostic holidays if none is set.
