Add tier-based approval workflows and controls to expense reports and their lines.
Features
- hr.expense.sheet: Integrates tier validation on expense sheets so submissions follow tiered reviews before approval, posting, or completion.
- tier.definition: Enables defining tier approval rules for expense sheets alongside other tier-managed models.
- configuration: Introduces the hr_expense.tier_exceptions system parameter to list fields editable while a sheet is under tier review, seeding defaults for follower and access token updates.
- hr.expense: Blocks edits to expenses whose sheets are under tier validation unless changes are limited to allowed exception fields.
- hr.expense.sheet search view: Provides search filters to list expense reports needing my review and those already validated.
