This module enables automatic closure of inactive helpdesk tickets in Odoo after a configurable period of inactivity, with email notifications to warn users before closure.
Features
- helpdesk.ticket.team: Adds fields to configure automatic closure settings including day limits for warnings and closures, email templates, and filters by ticket stages and categories.
- helpdesk: Implements a daily cron job to execute the automatic closure process for teams with the feature enabled.
- helpdesk.ticket: Sends warning emails to ticket partners when approaching the closure limit and closing emails upon automatic closure, while updating the ticket stage and logging the action.
