Adds a motive field to helpdesk tickets and filters available motives according to the ticket’s team.
Features
- helpdesk.ticket: Adds a motive selector on tickets that resets when team or user changes and only lists motives belonging to the chosen team.
- helpdesk.ticket.team: Provides a Motives tab so each team can manage the motive records that apply to its tickets.
- helpdesk.ticket.motive: Introduces a motive model where each motive has a name and is linked to a helpdesk team for filtering.
- helpdesk configuration: Adds a Motives configuration menu to manage the catalog of motives used across teams.
