Allow fleet managers to define multiple internal vehicle configurations focused on seat capacity options.
Features
- fleet.vehicle.configuration: Stores per-vehicle configuration records with name, maximum seats, and sequence to capture alternative capacities.
- fleet.vehicle: Adds a Configurations notebook tab showing the one-to-many configuration list so each vehicle can expose its available setups.
- UI: Supplies dedicated form and inline-editable tree views for configuration records, including drag handles, to ease creation and ordering.
