This module lets field service teams manage their fleet vehicles and tie them to the workers who use them on service orders.
Features
- fsm.vehicle: Maintains vehicle records with unique names and links each vehicle to its assigned driver.
- fsm.person: Adds a default vehicle field on every field service worker to capture the unit they typically operate.
- fsm.order: Auto-populates and updates the order’s vehicle from the assigned worker’s default vehicle when creating or reassigning orders.
- fieldservice.reporting: Provides bar and pivot analyses of vehicles grouped by driver for quick visibility into fleet allocation.
- security: Introduces a Manage Vehicles group and tailored access rights so only authorized roles can view or administer vehicle data.
