Enables Field Service teams to manage worker skills and ensure service orders can only be assigned to workers whose capabilities match the required skills.
Features
- fsm.category: Lets planners assign required skills to service categories so relevant orders automatically inherit the same skill requirements when no template overrides them.
- fsm.template: Stores the set of required skills on order templates and pushes them onto orders when the template is selected.
- fsm.order: Adds required skill tracking and automatically filters available workers to those whose recorded skills satisfy the order's requirements.
- fsm.person: Exposes each worker's skills via dedicated skill lines for accurate assignment filtering.
- fsm.person.skill: Provides detailed skill entries per worker, including level and type, with validations to prevent duplicates and mismatched skill metadata.
- hr.skill: Adds a color index to skills so planners can visually distinguish them in the interface.
