Generate and synchronize calendar meetings from field service orders so scheduling stays aligned between Field Service Management and the calendar.
Features
- fsm.team: Adds a configurable calendar user responsible for receiving events created from that team's field service orders.
- fsm.order: Automatically creates a meeting when an order has a team calendar user and scheduled start, storing the link to the calendar event.
- fsm.order: Synchronizes updates to order times, location, and assigned worker with the linked meeting to keep attendees and details accurate.
- fsm.order: Adds both the team calendar user and the assigned worker as attendees of the generated meeting.
- calendar.event: Keeps the related field service order's schedule and assignee in sync when meeting start, duration, or attendees change.
- calendar.event: Provides a bidirectional link back to the originating field service order so users can open the document from the calendar.
