Enable Field Service teams to define and track activity checklists on service orders using reusable templates.
Features
- fsm.activity: Provides an activity model linked to orders or templates with sequencing, required flags, reference info, and actions to mark tasks complete or canceled while logging the responsible user and timestamp.
- fsm.order: Populates the order's activity list from the selected template whenever it is assigned or the order is created so each job inherits its template checklist.
- fsm.order: Prevents completing an order until every required activity is finished and finalizes any remaining chatter activities when the order is closed.
- fsm.template: Adds an activities relation so planners can predefine reusable task lists on templates that feed downstream orders.
- Field Service: Extends the order and template forms with an Activities tab where users can add, reorder, and manage each checklist entry inline, including buttons to complete or cancel tasks.
