Provide a base foundation that centralizes shared scaffolding for future EDI functionality in Odoo.

Features

ir.module.category: Adds an EDI category so related modules are grouped consistently in the Apps interface.
res.groups: Provides EDI User and EDI Manager groups that grant the proper base access levels for electronic document operations.
UI: Creates an EDI home menu with a dedicated icon that serves as the entry point for managers overseeing EDI features.
