Extend the website wishlist so products configured to hide their prices do not display pricing or related purchase controls.
Features
- website wishlist: Hides wishlist item prices when the product is configured to hide price and the site is set to show prices.
- website wishlist: Removes add-to-cart controls from wishlist lines whose products hide their prices.
- website wishlist: Suppresses the zero-price sale warning in the wishlist when price display is disabled for the product.
- website wishlist UI: Reflows the wishlist table by expanding the product column when price columns are hidden.
