This module streamlines the website checkout VAT field by enforcing country code selection and providing smart defaults.
Features
- website_sale: Replaces the checkout VAT input with a dropdown that separates the country code from the number to force a country selection.
- website_sale: Prefills the VAT dropdown using the shopper's existing VAT or country defaults so the expected code appears automatically.
- web.assets_frontend: Automatically synchronizes the VAT country code with the address country when the VAT value is empty during checkout.
