ddmrp_packaging

Purpose

Integrates product packaging controls into DDMRP buffer planning.

Features

stock.buffer: Allows selecting a product packaging on each buffer, storing package multiples and recomputing quantity multiples from the packaging configuration.
stock.buffer: Validates that the chosen packaging belongs to the buffered product and resets the field when it does not.
stock.buffer: Warns users when the buffer quantity multiple fails to match the packaging size and suggests the nearest valid value.
stock.buffer: Passes the selected packaging into generated procurement values so replenishment moves use the same packaging.
make.procurement.buffer: Adds packaging selection and quantity fields to the procurement wizard, limited to packages of the buffered product.
make.procurement.buffer.item: Automatically computes the requested quantity from the chosen packaging and package count.
