This module enables anonymization of partner data in Odoo to comply with GDPR's right to be forgotten by removing personally identifiable information from contacts.
Features
- res.partner: Anonymizes personally identifiable information including name, email, phone numbers, address fields, tax ID, citizen identification, job position, and attached images.
- res.partner: Removes all chatter messages and attachments associated with the partner record.
- res.users: Anonymizes linked user accounts by replacing login and email with anonymized values and archiving the user.
- res.partner: Preserves the partner's link to its parent company while ensuring the individual is no longer identifiable.
- res.partner: Logs the anonymization event in the partner record chatter for traceability.
- partner.anonymize.wizard: Provides a confirmation wizard for executing the anonymization process on selected partners.
- security: Restricts anonymization functionality to users with specific permissions.
