Purpose

Extends CRM sales teams with parent-child relationships to manage hierarchical organizations.

Features

crm.team: Adds parent_id, child_ids, and parent_path fields so sales teams can form a hierarchy.
crm.team: Prevents assigning a parent that would create a circular hierarchy in the team tree.
sales: Shows the parent team in the sales team views and provides a Child Teams tab listing direct descendants.
