Purpose

Enforces that CRM opportunities cannot be saved without linking to a partner.

Features

crm.lead: Makes partner selection mandatory on opportunity forms to prevent saving without a linked partner.
crm.lead: Applies the partner requirement to the quick create opportunity dialog for consistent validation.
crm.lead: Leaves leads unaffected so partner remains optional when the record type is lead.
