Purpose

Automates credit control by generating reminder actions for overdue receivables based on configurable policies and communications.

Features

credit.control.policy: Allows defining multi-level reminder policies with channel-specific messaging and selecting receivable accounts eligible for follow-up.
credit.control.run: Generates credit control lines per selected policies, enforces chronological consistency, and collects lines needing manual handling.
credit.control.line: Represents overdue move lines with tolerance-aware creation, workflow states, manual override tracking, and partner follower propagation.
credit.control.communication: Aggregates credit lines by partner and level to build communications, prepare email content, and format invoice summaries.
mail.mail: Synchronizes credit control line states with actual email delivery results to mark reminders as sent or errored.
res.partner: Stores credit policy overrides, follow-up responsibilities, manual next actions, and computed counts of related credit lines.
