Purpose

Enables payment orders to notify each partner by email with the details of their transactions.

Features

account.payment.order: Adds a Send mails action restricted to uploaded or done orders that generates partner notifications before sending emails.
account.payment.order: Tracks related notification records with a stat button and posts a reminder note listing the contacted partners.
wizard.account.payment.order.notification: Prepopulates recipient lines from the order's payment lines, lets users toggle delivery per email address, and triggers the chosen mail template.
account.payment.order.notification: Stores one record per partner with linked payment lines, inherits the chatter, and autosubscribes the order followers and partner.
account.payment.order.notification: Provides read-only list and form views to review sent notifications and their transactions.
