Purpose

Extends sales so that mandate-enabled payment modes on sale orders use the most appropriate contact-specific banking mandate.

Features

res.company: Allows configuring the default sales mandate contact type per company to steer mandate lookup.
res.config.settings: Surfaces the default mandate contact option in the sales settings interface for easy administration.
res.partner: Adds a default mandate contact preference on partners and syncs it across commercial partner hierarchies.
sale.order: Uses the configured contact preference to populate the required banking mandate on mandates-aware payment modes before falling back to standard logic.
