Allow accountants to enforce journal-specific lock dates that restrict posting depending on user privileges.
Features
- account.journal: Adds fields for journal-wide lock dates for advisers and non-advisers and exposes them in the journal views.
- account.move: Blocks creating or editing journal entries when their date is on or before the journal's configured lock thresholds, respecting adviser permissions and bypass context.
- update.journal.lock.dates.wizard: Provides an adviser-restricted wizard to bulk update lock dates across selected journals.
