Purpose

Display MIS Builder KPI figures directly in the accounting dashboard banner.

Features

account.dashboard.banner.cell: Adds a MIS Builder KPI cell type with required links to MIS report instances, KPIs, and periods for banner cells.
account.dashboard.banner.cell: Validates that the selected MIS KPI and period belong to the chosen MIS report to keep dashboard cells consistent.
account.dashboard.banner.cell: Caches MIS report evaluations during banner preparation so multiple KPIs reuse the same computed results.
account.dashboard.banner.cell: Renders MIS KPI values with optional currency symbols and dynamic tooltips derived from report metadata.
account.dashboard.banner.cell: Shows MIS report and KPI fields in the banner cell views only when the MIS Builder cell type is selected.
