Purpose

Add a configurable banner on the accounting dashboard to keep accountants aware of lock dates and key financial indicators.

Features

account.dashboard.banner.cell: Provides a model to manage banner cells with selectable types, ordering, custom labels, tooltips, and warning settings.
account.move.line: Calculates banner values from posted move lines to show income ranges, liquidity, receivable, overdue, and payable balances.
res.company: Exposes company lock dates in the banner and flags them when they are missing or older than configurable thresholds.
account.journal: Extends the accounting dashboard kanban view to display the banner above journal cards.
configuration: Adds a Dashboard Banner Cells menu in invoicing configuration so accountants can maintain the banner content.
web: Supplies an OWL renderer that fetches banner data asynchronously and highlights warning cells with alert styling.
installation: Creates a default set of banner cells after installation so the dashboard shows key metrics immediately.
security: Gives accounting managers full CRUD rights on banner cells while other accounting roles have read-only access.
