Purpose

Enables transferring assets under construction into regular assets by guiding users through a controlled wizard that generates the required accounting entries.

Features

account.asset.profile: Adds a transfer journal setting to choose the general journal used when moving assets under construction.
account.asset: Exposes a Transfer button that opens the wizard only for open assets without depreciation, preventing invalid transfers.
account.asset: Provides smart buttons to inspect the source and destination assets tied to a transfer move.
