Purpose

This module lets accountants manage analytic and crossover budgets with budgetary positions, budget lines, and a validation workflow.

Features

account.budget.post: Defines budgetary positions that group general accounts for budgeting and prevents positions without linked accounts.
crossovered.budget: Supports budgeting documents with responsible users, date ranges, and a state workflow to confirm, approve, cancel, and close budgets.
crossovered.budget.lines: Computes practical and theoretical amounts from analytic entries to display achievement percentages against planned budget figures.
account.analytic.account: Adds a budget items tab so analysts can review and edit related budget lines directly on analytic accounts.
res.config.settings: Provides an Accounting configuration shortcut to the budgetary positions setup for easier budgeting enablement.
