Sales Administration

Trobz is looking for a Sales Administration. The successful candidate will own full responsibilities of managing sales cycles, nurturing business relationships with prospects.


  • Be a representative for company to contact for prospects

  • Talk to clients to clarify their expectations and needs;

  • Be responsible for presentations to clients, do proposals to potential customers;

  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle (from a lead to a customer) to ensure customer needs;

  • Follow up and make contract progress with customers;

  • Collaborate with team to optimise the planning and budget estimation for project;

  • Manage day-to-day operational duties (manage and track sales lead flow, manage and maintain CRM database, report monthly activities and accomplishments, etc.);

  • Work closely with Sales teams to build and manage thoughtful, high perform materials for the sales teams;

  • Support in marketing activities and stretch company branding.

Desired knowledge, your Skills & Experiences


  • Major in IT or Business or closely relevant

  • Good knowledge on software and business operation;

  • Understanding on business processes: CRM, Sales, Purchase, MRP, HR, Stock, Invoicing, 

  • Previous experience in Odoo or any other ERPs is a plus.

  • Sales skills (public speaking & presentation, negotiation, training)

  • Good written & verbal English (for various communication purposes: writing letters, email messages, meeting notes, summaries; training & supporting customers; communicating with the leads, etc.)
